REGISTRATION


Website visitors are asked to provide personal information (name, surname, phone number, email address, etc.) in order and registration forms. Customer registration is required so that we can accurately fulfil your orders and deliver the selected product to the specified address. You can register before selecting a product or after the selected product has been added to your shopping cart.


Registration is useful because registered users can add products to their shopping cart (products added here remain in the cart even after logging out, so they do not need to be searched again next time), as well as write reviews. Registration is not required to browse the product range, so all product information and prices are available to everyone.


HOW TO ORDER AND PURCHASE


1) Use the product category tree on the left side of the window to select the product or products you are interested in.

2) By clicking the "+" or "Add to cart" button, you can add a product to your cart.

3) A brief summary of your cart contents.

4) Login form for registered users.

5) Subscribe to news about special offers. Be the first to know about the hottest deals on gama.ee.


ORDER PROCESS:


1) Shopping cart. Review your shopping cart. You can add, remove or change the quantity of selected items.

2) Delivery. Enter your delivery address. The delivery address or parcel terminal must be located in Latvia. For delivery to other countries, please contact us separately at info@gama.ee. If you provide a foreign phone number, the courier will not be able to contact you before delivery. When ordering to a parcel terminal, you must provide a Lithuanian phone number, as an SMS with the collection code will be sent to it. Couriers do not send SMS messages to foreign phone numbers. If you have additional requests or requirements, please enter them in the comments box.

3) Payment. Choose your delivery and payment method.

4) Order. Confirm that you agree with the customer information, terms, return policy, and confirm your order. The gama.ee system will send you an email with order confirmation. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please contact us. If you have any questions, please contact us.

5) Once we have received your bank transfer, your order will be marked with the status "Paid, processing". You will receive a confirmation of successful payment and an invoice to the email address provided during registration. The courier service will contact you to agree on the delivery time and date.

6) If you have selected products and have not paid for them within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled.


PAYMENT METHODS


At gama.ee you can pay: via online banking, bank transfer, by bank card and Apple Pay and Google Pay systems, in cash or by bank card to the courier, or by bank card at the post office.


DELIVERY TERMS


All goods are delivered by courier to the address specified in the order or to the specified post office. Before delivery, the courier will contact you by phone to agree on a more precise delivery time. Delivery conditions:


1) Goods are not delivered to the Curonian Spit.

2) Delivery is a paid service, starting from €2.99, depending on the weight of the product and the country of delivery.

3) For delivery of goods outside the Republic of Latvia, we will contact you and agree on delivery terms and price separately.


DELIVERY CONDITIONS


We will deliver your ordered and paid goods within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We commit to doing everything possible to deliver your purchased goods as quickly as possible! Your ordered goods are packed in standard packaging.


IMPORTANT


After receiving the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment. If you notice any damage, you must refuse to accept it and note this on the delivery note. Once you have accepted the goods and signed the delivery note without comments, the shipment is considered delivered in good condition.


DISCOUNT COUPON CODE


1) The discount applies to all products listed in the coupon and sold on gama.ee, including promotional products.

2) The discount is valid only for the user to whom it has been granted.

3) Discounts are provided solely by the MB "VP Baltic" administration.

4) The discount is available only to registered users and is sent to the email address provided in the registration form.

5) A discount may be granted with an MB "VP Baltic" certificate containing an exclusive discount code. In this case, the discount will be activated only after registration in the gama.ee system and verification of the discount code data.

6) Unused discount amounts are non-transferable. When the discount expires, it is cancelled and no refund is made.

7) Individual discounts cannot be combined.

8) Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.


RETURNS


Returns are carried out in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of the Republic of Latvia dated 20 May 2014 „Regulations on Distance Contracts" and other applicable regulatory acts in the field of consumer rights protection. The list of goods that cannot be returned is defined by the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.


Other goods must be returned within 14 business days from receipt (delivery date). When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:


1) returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging; goods must be in good condition and undamaged;

2) the product must not have been used and must be in its original condition (labels must not be damaged, protective film must not be removed, etc.);

3) the condition of the returned goods must be the same as it was at the time the buyer received them.

4) When returning a product, you must present proof of purchase.

5) Please send an email to info@gama.ee or call +370 601 55255 to notify us of the return. Send the properly packaged product by registered mail or courier. IMPORTANT: Please pack the returned product properly to prevent damage during transportation. When returning a product, include the invoice or a copy of it. Send the returned goods to the following address:

6) Upon receipt of the returned goods, we undertake to verify within 3 business days whether they comply with the return policy. For goods returned in accordance with the policy, we will issue a refund within 5 business days using the same payment method used to pay for the order (to a bank account or bank card). If payment was made to the courier or at the post office, the refund will be made to your bank account, which the buyer must provide.

7) If due to our error you receive a product that does not match your order, please notify us by sending an email to info@gama.ee (please indicate the order number, the product received and the product ordered, and send photos of the received product). We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the ordered product as soon as we receive the returned item.


Information on reimbursement of return costs


If the return was due to our error, we will cover all return costs; otherwise the buyer bears the return costs. If the goods you are returning have been opened, used, or the manufacturer's packaging is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money or replace the goods.
