Delivery Terms

1.1. Goods are delivered within 2–7 business days (unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description), counting from the next business day after payment is made by bank transfer, or from the next business day after the order is confirmed in the gama.ee online store when choosing courier payment.

1.2. Delivery is made to a specific person and will only be handed over to the person who placed the order. The address provided in the order must be accurate, unambiguous, and include the recipient's postal code and contact phone number.

1.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the received parcel and, if any packaging damage is found, properly note it on the delivery note and draw up a damage report together with the courier, detailing the damage (defects) and photographing the damaged areas. gama.ee assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of the shipment or any part of it if it was not properly recorded on the delivery note at the time of receipt.

1.4. If the Buyer refuses to accept the shipment or is not found at the specified address, the courier notes the reason for non-delivery, the date and time of arrival at the specified address on the delivery note, and sends the shipment back to the nearest courier terminal. The courier informs the gama.ee administration of the situation. After receiving authorisation from gama.ee, the Buyer must collect the shipment from the courier's warehouse within 3 (three) business days from the first delivery attempt. If the buyer does not collect the goods within these three business days or does not additionally pay gama.ee for redelivery, the goods are returned to the gama.ee warehouse and are considered rejected by the buyer. In such a case, delivery costs will not be refunded to the buyer.

1.5. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer is required to obtain a copy of the courier delivery note and a cash receipt from the courier if paying by cash.

1.6. The buyer may collect goods and pay for them at the gama.ee office (the address will be announced when the physical store opens).
